Our training sessions are based at both Spen Valley Sports College and Richard Dunn on alternate weeks, full details are on the What's On section of the web site. Thursday night sessions run from 18:45 to 20:00 and will offer a varied programme to include: | • | Roller training (Bike is sat on a 3 roller frame and requires balance and coordination skills) - We have access to approx 35 sets | | • | Watt Bike performance tests – Regular members will have the opportunity to be put through a 15-20 minute set of tests approx every 6-7 weeks on our two Watt bikes. There are professional training tool, they cost almost £2000 each and are used by British Cycling along with other professional race teams. This will identify power output, cycling efficiency, pedalling efficiency, left leg and right leg strength etc | | • | Bike maintenance and race checks | | • | BMX skills and games. For any member this is a break from rollers, a chance to build your skills and improve your balance
